Creative Kids is an exciting general music camp designed for students entering Kindergarten or 1st grade that will meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-noon on two different weeks in June. Musical concepts such as note reading, rhythm, tempo, and dynamics will be introduced and reinforced through singing, movement, games, and plenty of hands-on activities. Music and Art will be integrated, allowing for student creativity.
There will be a maximum of 12 students per week, so be sure to register early to hold your child’s space!
Camp Days and Times:

Tuesday & Thursday
$60.00 per week plus a $15 registration fee. Full payment of $75 is required in advance to hold your spot (cash, check, or credit card accepted). Students should bring a snack and a water bottle.

Barbie Glenn holds a Masters in Music Education from the University of Washington. Her undergraduate music study was completed at Florida Southern College where she graduated with a degree in music education with a concentration in piano. She has been performing and accompanying for more than 30 years and has over 18 years of both private and group teaching experience in piano. Her teaching experience includes general music, choir, and piano in K-12 public and private schools as well as music education and aural ear training and theory at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. Barbie’s passion for music drives her to share it with others!
