Our banjo instructor is highly skilled at teaching not only banjo but also guitar, ukulele, and mandolin. Whatever your musical goals, he can help you reach them through personalized lesson plans focusing on a variety of styles. We are one of the only music schools in the Tampa Bay area offering banjo lessons. Dunedin location or virtual only. Ages 8 to Adult.

Our banjo instructor teaches 3-finger style banjo at our Dunedin location.

Our banjo instructor brings over 10 years of professional performance and teaching experience to your lessons. He currently performs on banjo in a local band. All instructors, including our banjo teacher, have the minimum qualifications for families to receive scholarship reimbursement from PEP, UA/FES, and many others.

Yes, you will need to purchase a banjo to bring to class each week as well as for practice at home.

Our banjo instructor is friendly and patient and will work with you to craft a lesson plan that fits your individual needs and aspirations.

PRIVATE LESSON RATES

Private lessons are on a monthly membership with weekly attendance for 30 minutes (same day, time, and teacher each week). Tuition is calendar-based, with pricing as follows:

Dunedin Location:

$34 per 30 minute private lesson on a monthly membership

$136 for months with 4 weeks
$170 for months with 5 weeks
One-time registration fee: $25

Tampa Location:

$36 per 30 minute private lesson on a monthly membership

$144 for months with 4 weeks
$180 for months with 5 weeks
One-time registration fee: $25
